Before application, make sure your skin is clean and dry, without any creams or lotions.

• Remove the plastic wrap and save it.
• Position the nipple cover centered on your nipple and press firmly.
• After removing it, clean the back of the nipple cover with mild soap and water.

Allow to air dry COMPLETELY before placing the plastic wrap back on the sticky surface and storing them in the box.
